Detailed Itinerary (9 Days / 8 Nights)
Day 1 — Yangon Arrival & First Impressions
Arrival in Yangon and transfer to your hotel in the heart of the city.
After time to rest, we begin with a relaxed afternoon walking photography session, exploring the streets of downtown Yangon. This is an opportunity to observe light, textures, and everyday moments.
At sunset, we move to the Yangon River to capture the atmosphere as the day fades.

Day 2 — Yangon Life & Shwedagon at Golden Hour
We begin with a journey on the Yangon Circular Train, offering a unique perspective on daily life across the city’s neighborhoods.
Markets, vendors, and commuters provide rich documentary opportunities.
In the afternoon, we photograph around Kandawgyi Lake before heading to Shwedagon Pagoda at sunset, where light, movement, and spirituality come together.

Day 3 — Yangon to Golden Rock
We travel toward Kyaiktiyo, home of the iconic Golden Rock, one of Myanmar’s most important pilgrimage sites.
The journey itself offers opportunities to observe and photograph local life.
In the late afternoon, we capture pilgrims, landscapes, and the dramatic setting as light changes across the mountains.

Day 4 — Golden Rock to Hpa-An
An early morning photography session allows us to experience the quiet atmosphere and first light around Golden Rock.
We continue to Hpa-An, stopping along the way to photograph cave temples, rural landscapes, and small communities.
In the evening, we photograph a riverside pagoda at sunset.

Day 5 — Hpa-An & Mount Zwegabin Region
A full day exploring the dramatic limestone karst landscapes surrounding Hpa-An.
We visit caves, temples, and nearby villages, focusing on authentic daily life and environmental storytelling.
The day remains flexible, allowing time to respond to light and moments as they unfold.

Day 6 — Journey to Mawlamyine
Early departure for a scenic drive to Mawlamyine.
Along the way, we stop at villages to photograph fishermen and local life, capturing authentic moments in a natural environment.
In Mawlamyine, we explore local markets and finish the day with sunset photography from a hilltop pagoda overlooking the town.

Day 7 — Bilu Island: Traditional Life
We travel by local boat to Bilu Island, where traditional village life continues at a slower pace.
This is a strong documentary photography day, focusing on artisans, daily activities, and human interaction.

Day 8 — Coastal Landscapes & Cultural Sites
We begin at a lively morning market before exploring cultural and historical locations in the region.

Day 9 — Return to Yangon
