Day 1 – Arrival in Yangon

  • Upon arrival in Yangon, you will be welcomed by your photography guide and transferred to your hotel.
  • The rest of the day is at leisure to recover from your journey. If you feel energized, we begin with an introductory photography session at the iconic Shwedagon Pagoda, capturing golden light and spiritual atmosphere.
  • Overnight in Yangon

Day 2 – Yangon → Inle Lake

  • Fly to Heho and transfer to Nyaungshwe, the gateway to Inle Lake.
  • Explore the local Mingala Market and begin your first boat photography session on the lake.
  • Capture:
  • Fishermen and floating life
  • Traditional workshops (lotus weaving, cigar making, silver crafting)
  • Daily life and cultural moments
  • Portrait opportunities with local communities may also be available.
  • Overnight in Inle Lake

Day 3 – Indein & Inle Lake

  • Visit the rotating floating market, where local tribes gather to trade goods—an excellent documentary photography opportunity.
  • Continue to Indein Village, known for its ancient pagodas dating back to the 13th century.
  • Along the way, capture:
  • Monks and village life
  • Rice fields and water buffalo
  • Scenic waterways and daily routines
  • Visit Paungdaw Oo Pagoda before returning.
  • Overnight in Inle Lake

Day 4 – Inle Lake → Bagan

  • Drive through scenic countryside to Bagan.
  • Arrive in the afternoon and enjoy your first sunset photography session among the ancient temples.
  • Overnight in Bagan

Day 5 – Bagan Golden Light

  • Early morning sunrise session over the vast plains of Bagan.
  • With over 2,000 temples spread across the landscape, this is one of the most breathtaking photography locations in the world.
  • Focus on:
  • Landscape compositions
  • Light and atmosphere
  • Temple silhouettes
  • Sunset session at a carefully selected viewpoint.
  • Overnight in Bagan

Day 6 – Bagan Photography Experience

  • Another full day dedicated to photography in Bagan.
  • Capture:
  • Sunrise with hot air balloons (seasonal)
  • Monks and temple life
  • Natural light portrait sessions
  • Optional: Hot air balloon flight (extra cost)
  • Overnight in Bagan

Day 7 – Bagan → Mandalay

  • Drive to Mandalay with photo stops along the way.
  • Visit:
  • Kuthodaw Pagoda (the world’s largest book)
  • Mandalay Hill for sunset panoramic views
  • Overnight in Mandalay

Day 8 – Amarapura & U-Bein Bridge

  • Visit Mahagandayon Monastery to observe monks’ daily routines.
  • Continue to U-Bein Bridge, the longest teakwood bridge in the world—perfect for silhouette photography at sunset.
  • Overnight in Mandalay

Day 9 – Mandalay → Yangon

  • Early morning visit to Mahamuni Pagoda.
  • Continue with photography at:
  • Traditional handicraft workshops
  • Ayeyarwady River life
  • Afternoon flight back to Yangon.
  • Overnight in Yangon

Day 10 – Departure

  • After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
